Alexandra Mildrum, PT, DPT

Dr. Mildrum is from Lynchburg, Virginia and attended William and Mary where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Public Health. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from Emory and Henry. Since 2019, her career has been focused on providing pelvic health physical therapy services. Dr. Mildrum is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Section on Women's Health, and Virginia Physical Therapy Association.
Dr. Mildrum has a passion for working with the prenatal/postpartum population, as well as working with all genders to address bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction. Outside of the clinic, Alexandra practices an active lifestyle and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
